Here’s what you need to know to be ready!
Starting Feb 1 your tier will update based on your spend from Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2025. This may not be the Tier you are in today.
For example: If you spent more than $2000 as a Loyalty Member in 2024, you started 2025 in our Family Tier. However, if you spent less than $500 with us in 2025, on February 1st your Tier will update to the Neighbor Tier.
Another example: If you spent $501 – $2000 as a Loyalty Member in 2025 you will start this year in our Friend Tier and you will stay in that tier for all of 2026 unless you spend more than $2000, which will move you up to the Family Tier.
As always, based on your spending you can move up a tier at any time.

Here’s what you need to know to be ready!
Starting 2026, your tier is based on how much you spend during a standard calendar year (January 1 – December 31). This is a change from previous years, when tiers were calculated Feb 1 – Jan 31.
No, the spending thresholds remain the same. The only change is timeframe used to calculate your tier.
You will start the year in the tier you earned based on your total spend from January 1 – December 31 of the previous year.
Your tier for the current year is based on the previous years spend. This may vary from the tier you currently hold. Tiers reset on January 1 each year.

The Welcome Back Rewards program is a way to earn rewards points that can be redeemed for savings on future purchases.
Yes, it is! There is no cost to join.
You can join the Welcome Back Rewards program by signing up online either by visiting our website or scanning the QR code in-store. When you sign up, you will automatically be opted-in to email notifications.
If you were already a rewards member or have already provided an email address to us for communications, you will be automatically enrolled in the new program.
Additionally, you can join the Welcome Back Rewards program by downloading our app and updating your profile with your email address, which will automatically opt you into email notifications.

We will use it to create your Rewards program account so that we can continue to add points to your account with every purchase made. Email addresses will also be used to send emails regarding account updates and point balances.

Points can only be earned towards the account information associated with that purchase. In states where applicable, caregivers for medical patients can earn points towards the patient’s balance so long as the correct account credentials are used.
Customers shopping in our dispensaries in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania can participate in the Rewards program.
Earning Welcome Back Rewards
Once you sign up for Welcome Back Rewards, you earn reward points every time you shop at our dispensaries. You can also earn Bonus Rewards (for example, your Birthday Reward) or earn additional points during Special Promotional Periods in-store.
How many points you earn on each transaction depends on which Rewards Tier you are in.
- Tier 1, Neighbor = 2 points for every $1 spent
- Tier 2, Friend = 4 points for every $1 spent
- Tier 3, Family = 6 points for every $1 spent
- Tier 4, VIP = 6 points for evert $1 spent + additional perks (See VIP section)

All products, including discounted products, are eligible with the exception of OH Rewards Members. OH Rewards Members may only redeem rewards points against non-cannabis products.

No, points can ONLY be credited toward purchases made at any of our retail dispensaries.
Your points will be automatically added to your Welcome Back Rewards account balance once a purchase is completed. Points may take up to 24 hours to populate in your account.
If the first name, last name, phone number and email address you provide at checkout are not associated with the account, the points may not be attributed correctly to your account. Be sure to use the same account information every time you shop.
Yes, points expire after 180 days of no purchase activity.
You do not need to remind the dispensary associate that you would like to earn points. Rewards points will be automatically added to your account if you have provided the same first name, last name, phone number and email address that is on your Welcome Back Rewards account.

Your New Member reward is a gift of 500 points that will be automatically added to your account on the day you join the Welcome Back Rewards program. It is only available to new members of the program, and not to members of our old rewards program who were automatically converted to the new program. Points may take up to 24 hours to populate.
Your birthday reward is a gift of 2000 points that will be automatically added to your account on the date of your birthday. Points may take up to 24 hours to populate.
Your Welcome Back Anniversary reward is a gift of 500 points that will be automatically added to your account on the anniversary of the date you joined. Points may take up to 24 hours to populate.
Rewards points are redeemable in the form of dollars off purchases at any of our dispensaries in Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and through the website for online pickup and delivery orders!

When shopping with us, let the dispensary associate know that you would like to use and apply your points, or apply them yourself if checking out online.
You can redeem points in 500-point increments for $5 off any purchase. That means you can redeem 1,000 points for $10 off, 1,500 points for $15 off and so on. The maximum number of points you can redeem in a single transaction is 5,000 points for $50 off. Unless you are a NV VIP Member, in which case you can redeem up to $400 off.

Points earned may take up to 24 hours to populate in your digital wallet. You may redeem them as soon as they are available in your wallet.
You must make a purchase to redeem points. In Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, a purchase minimum of $0.01 after points are applied is required to redeem points.
In Florida, no purchase minimum is required.
- Tier 1, Neighbor = earn 2 points for every $1 spent

Your tier level is dependent on your cumulative spend at our dispensaries in a calendar year.
- If you spend up to $500 in a Rewards calendar year, you will be included in the Neighbor Tier.
- If you spend a minimum of $501 in a Rewards calendar year, you will be upgraded to the Friend Tier.
- If you spend a minimum of $2,001 in a Rewards calendar year, you will be upgraded to the Family Tier.
- If you spend a minimum of $5,000 in a Rewards calendar year, you will be upgraded to the VIP Tier.
As a rewards member, you will receive a message congratulating you for achieving your new tier.
Current Rewards Members will be automatically assigned a tier on February 1, 2026. This tier is based on their total cumulative spend in 2025 which is January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.
For example, if you spent $750 as a rewards member between those dates in 2025, you will automatically start the new program in Tier 2, earning 4 points for every $1 you spend.
New Rewards Members will automatically start in Tier 1 the day they join.
New and pre-existing rewards members can move up to the next tier based on their spending in the 2026.
Following the example above, you would be eligible for Tier 3 Rewards status after spending a cumulative $2001 or more dollars in 2026.
You will start 2027 in the tier indicated by your total cumulative spend in the 2026
In some cases, this may mean that you will be downgraded to a lower tier.
For example, if you spent $750 in 2026, you would start 2027 in Tier 2, earning 4 points for every $1 you spend. However, if you only spend $150 in the 2026, you will enter the 2027 Rewards calendar year in Tier 1.
To maintain your current tier, you must maintain the minimum per Rewards calendar year spend amounts associated with the tier level. Neighbor = up to $500. Friend = $501/year minimum spend. Family = $2,001/year minimum spend. VIP = $5,000/year minimum spend
Yes, annual spend must continue to meet tier level requirements based on a Rewards calendar year, otherwise you will be downgraded to the lower tier starting the following year. Your tier status will not be downgraded during the Rewards calendar year.
