Step 1: View Menu & Place Order

Visit the menu for your desired location. Our specials are located at the top of our menu page. Once you’ve located your product, simple add to cart and check out.

Step 2: Order Verification

Once your order has been placed, a Dispensary NV representative will be in touch via text message or phone call.

Step 3: Delivery

After a Dispensary NV representative has confirmed your order, your driver will call or text upon arrival.

How do I place an order?

You’ll need to set up an account, but it’s quick and easy. If you have product questions, can’t find a product online, or need help with an online order, You can email us at info@thedispensarynv.com between 8 am and 8 pm for direct assistance.

Can I get an update on my order?

Yes. All orders required customer verification prior to delivery. A Dispensary NV representative will be in touch via text message or phone call. For updates, contact us at info@thedispensarynv.com.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 4 pm receive same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered the following business day.

How does the delivery process work?

All delivery drivers are The Dispensary employees who have passed state background checks. After a Dispensary NV representative has confirmed your order, your driver will call or text upon arrival. At this time, we are asking customers to meet drivers at their vehicles for everyone’s health and safety. Due to state and federal regulations, orders are paid for at time of delivery, and exact change to the nearest dollar is requested.

Why is the minimum order for delivery $100?

State regulations limited the amount of product that can be carried at one time, necessitating more drivers, more vehicles, and more deliveries. We’re working to lower the minimum order for delivery, so please stay tuned.

Can I just place an order and then pick it up myself?

Unfortunately, curbside cannabis pick-up has not been approved by the state at this time. With storefronts closed in compliance with Governor Sisolak’s directive, delivery is currently the only option. But don’t worry — we’re working hard to streamline the order and delivery process, with same-day and next-day deliveries available.
