We’re back again for another budtender spotlight, and this time, we’re zeroing in on Decatur and one J3. Born in England and raised in Vegas, J3 has been behind the counter for two years now. We sat him down for a quick Q&A about the industry, his personal favorites, and where he thinks cannabis is heading.
MEET J3
We love asking how industry people become, well, industry people. For J3, it was the perfect way to blend his love of cannabis with his love of helping people. That’s why his favorite part of the job is chatting with customers and making connections. He’ll tell you himself — he learns just as much from them as they learn from him.
It’s always interesting asking a budtender about personal faves. After all, they’re exposed to so many products and consumption methods — what they choose to use has to stand out. J3 loves his hunni badger, and he’s also a big ol’ fan of concentrates. For him, it’s all about live resins and sugar, especially from Srene, his go-to.
Looking ahead, J3 sees the cannabis industry becoming even more mainstream, and he expects that to happen before we know it. He also predicts that cannabis will soon make its way into a number of different industries. Intriguing, right?
